visited for oral cancer treatment
my mother is 67 year old . she had ulcer in her left check alomost an year back . we called my uncle who is also a doctor. He immediately sent us to Dr Sumit shah as he know dr shah well.
We consulted dr shah in Prolife cancer centre & research institute.
we were worried what will happen. But we were sure of dr shah bcz my uncle knows him very well.
after examination dr shah told us surgery will be needed and he gave both options of making new jaw from leg bone and flap from chest skin .
We don’t wanted to have any risk as my mother is 67yrs old we opted for conventional chest flap.
surgery went well and recovery was also smooth. Sumit sir advised us for radiation treatment. It was done in Budrani Hospital by Sir's reference. It was a smooth treatment.
since last one year we are on regular follow up.
in my view dr shah has guided us very transparently explained plus and minus of all surgery , it s complication. billing department is also cooperative. the final bill was almost same as the estimate given.
it’s very transparent.
i ll always recommend all cancer patient to visit prolife as it is affordable and quality cancer hospital.

visited for breast problem
My sister is 32 years old . she had sever pain in her right breast also she felt a big mass in it . We consulted to our family physician and he gave some medication but symptoms remained same.
we found Dr sumit shah with some inquires and wanted to visit him. my family physician gave us appointment.
we were worried about breast cancer as it is present since last one month. when dr shah examined her he told it’s likely breast abcess and may we should give some time with antibiotics but if not resolved we ll drain abcess . after 3 days as the pain relived bus lump was there so again we consulted dr shah and  planned for drainage of abcess at the same time sample to send to check for cancer. our anxiety completely disappeared after doing drainage of abcess. we are really happy with staff and treatment and prolife cancer hospital. i think it’s the best breast treatment hospital .

we visited to Prolife cancer centre & research institute for breast cancer .  Dr sumit shah is very close friend of my relative Dr thombre.
as patients age is 75 yrs we were little scared about surgery , chemotherapy and radiation.
we discussed everything what we concerned with dr shah.
After complete listening he told us patient will need surgery where if we remove complete breast we may able to avoid radiation and chemotherapy.
As practically tumor is in first stage with good type . but he also told that we can preserve breast but in that case patient will need radiation. we opted for complete removal . As it’s stage 1 disease and hormone positive we are taking only tablets. we avoided chemotherapy and radiation.
i was not aware that breast cancer has different types . But Dr thombres and dr shah discussed with each other and explained nicely to all my family members.
entire team in prolife cancer hospital is good.
we also availed benifits of CMRF funds .

My father was detected with mouth cancer in april 2019. . Dr sumit shah( mouth cancer surgeon ) and Dr amit mulay ( plastic surgeon) did my fathers surgery. it’s been almost 5 years now my father is completely free of cancer , doing his job. There is no difficulty in chewing, speech , also no change in look. . since then we never go to other hospital as our past experience was excellent.
This time we came with some swelling in his abdomen. Dr sha told us this is hernia and can be treated with laparoscopic surgery. we admitted immediately and my father underwent laparoscopic hernia repair . as usual his recovery was very fast and discharge in 2 days .

My Mother Manda Puri had breast lump and diagnosed with breast cancer. we took opinion from other doctors and was told to remove complete breast. My mother was not mentally prepared to remove complete breast. Then we got reference of Dr Shah.
He guided us properly . As lump was small size he told there is no need for complete removal of breast and we can do breast conservation surgery. Additionally even lymph glands also preserved by new technology. It was very smooth and hassel free experience with entire team of Prolife Cancer Hospital. Dr Sumit Shah sir and the whole staff was co-operative and friendly. We were being given CMRF ( Chief Minister Relief Fund) through this hospital itself as we had less funds . Best doctor 👍after lots of research we decide to do my father's toung glossectomy by dr Sumit shaha sir.. we are confuse about lymp node removal we thought its better to remove both side lymp nodes but "sir told us no need to remove both side nodes" one side removal is enough.
